Leo Leo – A Musc Review & Interview

To our friends that own dogs:

Just as a precaution we wanted to warn you about Purina’s Beneful dog food allegedly poisoning dogs.  Please read about it here:  Lawsuit Contends Purina’s Beneful Dog Food is Killing Dogs.  Some dogs can be affected by specific allergens in a food – it is breed specific and animal specific.  Please monitor your pals.

The only, men’s digital magazine in Boston, Well Done Boston.com took the time (Michael Taggert) to ask us a few questions about Life, Love, and Liberty.  Also, he gave us a pair of huge shoes to fill.  His words moved us. Thank you so much, Michael.

Also, thank you for clicking on our posts.  You could, instead, be reading recaps from American Idol about super cool Alexis Gomez killing it last night during her performance (we provided the link in case you want to take a peek after we’re done here :>) or looking at pictures of Madonna falling of the stage in England.

Leo*Leo – We’ve Been Offline but In-Tune

It is February. Two of the three Leo Leo team mates have been steadily making their way from Boston, Massachusetts to the sweet ocean balconies of Santa Cruz, California – in a Toyota Prius (email us if you’re interested in our experience with this car).

During the months of December and February, Monica Riehl (Business Development) and Sarah Hope (drummer/Producer/Keys) drove to the west coast TWICE, literally through snow, sleet, and rain. The goal was to move Leo Leo operations temporarily to the arms of sun and surf. Since we are a small, self-funded band/label – we had to devise a plan for getting Sophia, Meegs & all of the studio equipment from Right to Left (as you view a map) – with the tiniest amount of $$$ spent.  Happy to report that we all made it.

That being said, we’ve been behind on a lot of online content and conversations.  We had a great run- selling out the Sinclair 2x as part of terrific, local Bills; selling another song into the scheme of reality t.v.; negotiating terms with 2 brands, GOOGLE corporate show, interest from investors for our company, and meeting several beautiful people that have reached out – after finding us on PANDORA.  We are grateful and also, we bit off more than we can chew.

As we get back on track we have some exciting things beginning on the West Coast :  1.  Radio partnership with KCSB   2.  Endorsement Meeting Feb 20th ( we will let you know who – after we have the meeting 😉 )  3.  Beginning discussions with CAA, in L.A. (<— this one is going to take a lot of communication and please send us great thoughts) and Monica continues to work on spreading Leo Leo’s work, while V doodles new music on her pink guitar and Sarah Hope branches out into playing piano – live.

East coast projects will include donating music to an Ovarian Cancer Awareness group, performing live on WERS, and returning to Philadelphia for a show with two of our own favorite bands (ahem, we won’t mention them now until they confirm! 🙂 )

thank you to our friends and family that aided our move across the country – and for those others that have been patient as pie with the process :)))))))

We will send out GOOGLE videos to our email listers and also send you a way to connect with us personally on facebook to hear our newest music.

So Much Love,
